Returns

We accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. If your order arrives broken or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at hello@secondnaturebotanicals.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Refunds & Replacements

• If your product is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.

• If an item needs to be returned, we may ask you to send it back in its original packaging.

Change of Mind

As a small business, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out with any product questions before buying.

Sustainability Commitment

We use glass bottles to reduce waste, and we encourage reusing or refilling them where possible. If you have any concerns about your packaging, let us know—we’re happy to help.
